General website information is for reference. Product specifications, availability, scope, prices, fees, shipping options and delivery estimates require actual assessment, cost calculation and a written quote before commitment. Accepted order terms and non-waivable legal rights remain applicable. Shipping availability depends on the product, destination and agreed terms.
Inquiries and transactions
Submitting an inquiry does not create an order, authorize a payment or guarantee that a request will be accepted. Paid research, samples, purchasing, inspection and shipping require an agreed scope and terms. Your written quote or applicable sales offer identifies the seller or provider, payee, responsibilities, price and payment conditions.
